Default Army Camouflage F-150

Well, I finally did something that I thought I wasn't able to do - and that's to paint on of my xmod's bodies. I have tried it before and failed so I really didn't want to do it again but after I painted the hood on my Camaro I decide to take a shot at it on my F-150 so here's the results of my first xmod's body paintjob ( 2 days project) :
These are pics I took right after I finished the Camo paintjob:

Here's how it looks on the chasis:

I have to buy a new truck starter kit to get another truck chasis ( the one it's on now is from my Baja truck). There's still a few little things I what to add to it like the 3rd brake light and the front green spot lights, but I do have to make some little touch-ups here and there also so i'm aware of them. Maybe later i'll also try to make a canvas canopy or a hard one to put over the bed - I have to draw out a few sketches to see what it would look like first but it's only a thought for now. Oh yeah, I also painted the ATV bike to match it up alittle - I hope you guys like it.

sorry to act kind of an *** but the best paint for caouflage is krylon i use it all the time to paint airsoft guns and the reason is because it has a flat finish and is not glossy like other spray paints. the only paint that makes a great camouflage is krylon camouflage below is a picture of how the camo paint looks when painted with krylon:

You're not being an a$$ - infact I was hoping to ask someone if they knew any paint brand that would have a flat finish and you answered it for me - thanks! I did try 2 other flat colors but for some reason it stay with a semi-glossy look once I had put it on the green ( the green btw was pretty much perfect to my liking) anyways, i'll look for those krylon paint because I might be doing my other offroad f-150 ( I might just leave it paint it olive green and leave it like that too)

hey i have that airsoft gun, but its broken. Its the crossman one that comes clear, right?

Any way, on to bweesnes.
That is a pretty hot F150 right there, you should put a brushgaurd or something on it to make it look more off roadish

yea krylon is the best for a flat camo look it up how to paint an airsoft gun and use the same methods just for your car. in matter of fact i had plans to make a military humvee (hummer) but i dont have one to work on but i do have an extra f-150 body so i am going to show you how it will come out just on a f-150. sry if you think i stole you idea but i thought about it before i joined the forum.

Thanks for the comments guys! I'm trying to make a few thing to add to it such as some brush guards for the font and rear and maybe even that gun turret . Anyways, I just took some outdoor pics of it so you guys can see what it looks like:

more updates to come soon!
