I have the Losi axels on the way, I only did $2 shipping and it's been almost two weeks now. Gosh I'm a cheapskate. I also ordered front and rear springs, but now I'm thinking about oil aluminum shocks from the toyz, they like $20 something.

I don't like my street meats, they just slide even on pavement. Is that a F-150 wing on yer truck? Looks cool, how did you mount it? and nice paint, is that the stock green sans the side sticker, plus stripes? Or did you do custom green paint? Nice aluminum, very clean looking.

The Losi Threaded Axels are unique. My 2/56 nuts didn't fit, so it's completely diffrent.. Atomic's are the same, as Mini-Z's, Xmods, and iWavers use the same nuts..

I might ask my hobby shop if they have nuts that would fit it. They might. The ones that come with it are plastic and I think it only comes with one per axel (4)

this is a cool thread, I like the pics.

I wonder if the mods would consider putting a Micro T category here on xmodsource.com. That would be cool, I go to www.microtforum.com but I like the way xmodsource works a lot more than the microtforum.

I'm a copy cat, I put the F-150 wing on my T.

The body looks high cuz it's not clipped on, looks cool high like that.

just got my killer hobbies order today, the threaded axels are easy to install and are awesome to have. I scratched up my chromes trying to get the e clips off. my white wheels look great, I love brand new rubber, all shiney and smelly, but after one run, they look used, oh well, they're still cool. I put the hard springs on the front and medium on the rear and it jumps great. But I also have a little extra weight in the back cuz of the wing, I don't know how much of a difference that makes. I changed the springs with the wheels off, it's easier, I took the front shocks all the way off, but on the rears I just undid the top screws and left the bottom attached. but now my batteries are dead in my charger and I only have 4 rechargeable AA's, guess I better hit up radio shack, I'm not sure if the xmods type of batteries and charger would be good for the portable Micro T charger, with AA's of course, I'll ask the RS guy, but not like he would know, I'll call Losi (Horizon) and ask them what kind of rechargeables I should use or if it even matters.

Gosh I love these things. I made a cool new jump out of folded poster board and some woops too, it's sweet if I go fast it'll clear all the woops, but it's cool to go slow over them and watch the suspension do it's thing.

Yes. It's exactly the same, except for being slightly longer, different body and wheels.
