scion tc drift problem

http://www.youtube.com/v/cDHjwElv2Ks *new i put on my drift wheels i recently bought from radio shack and also installed the suspension and steering on my scion tc, and this is what i get, the bototm of the car drags on the floor and i think thats why its like this, how do i fix it? i couldnt see a thing in the video, but most scions out of the box will drag the ground. This is because the tie rod screws scrape the ground. In the starter kit, there will be extra screws. replace the tie rod screws with medium length suspension screws

Yeah the screws on the bottom will drag the ground when you have the drift tires on the Evo chasis. Your best bet is to tape over your rubber tires (a well known cheap remedy) or slap some hard tires on there and drive on a slick surface (wood floors). I wouldn't use drift tires on the evo chasis...they're just too small.

looks like (and sounds like) you tried to make it a fwd car. i sugguest don't try it because it will keep on slipping, which is annoying. if it's not a fwd, make sure the gears on the motor is not slipping either and check your diffs. otherwise... i can't help you

Drift tires work on my 2 evo chassis. Maybe it only works because I drift on carpet...

u will need awd kit to be able to drift
