Default Lith problems? You tell me!

my liths are being strange, and im not sure whats going on with them, if its normal, or if something is wrong. i got them all installed and i wanted to test them out, make sure i did all the connections properly, etc. the motor wont turn and the steering doesnt work either. i was very careful not to touch the antenna to a powersource and the resistors there look fine. when i do plug the liths in, my steering centers as it should, but then the car wont do anything else, crystals are all the same, the drivtrain isnt binding, and the servo arm is in the slot. i charged the batteries a little while (half an hour or so), and the charger says they are charging, so i know i did that right. do the batteries need to be completely charged to work, or do they work on a partial charge?

so any ideas whats wrong? any held would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Did you solder the wires to the ends of the batteries? If so I have heard they won't take alot of heat.

i got everything fixed and **** is the car fast, so much torque i can barely even control it on the LOW throttle setting. turned out the problem was a broken wire between the receiver and the servo, a quick soldering job fixed that up and now the car runs like a dream.
