yes i own it (technically my mom) and no not a cobra

no not a foxbody, the cobra R wheels are too played out on those cars

my guess is a 94-98 bodystlye but doubt it because if im not mistaken those were 5 lugs not 4.(maybe a 78-79?)

Hmm. well i googled SVT, it gave me Ford SVT, than I put "4 lug" after that since its only got 4 lugs, and I clicked on a link, and it was a forum about Ford Focus SVT wheels, and your were pictured there. So am I right?

no where near, yes the 94+ has a 5 lug 79-93 have 4 lug

its the real deal SVT focus, ride is great the sport tuned suspention does great on the road and crap on speed bumps. the shift points suck a$$ but ill get use to it soon

4 banger mustangs are great dont crap on them, i have one, it looks just like a 5.0 and sounds like a really quite one

i never payed attention to the skirts on the mid 90s stangs

I kinda understand why you would buy a focus, for the gas mileage, but still, I figured you would be the person to drive Mustangs, like older mustangs, but I guess I was fairly worng.

why a focus, this is not just a focus its a SVT # havent looked of 1025 in red, the car is awesome, yes i drive mustangs as well, i have a 88 LX 5.0 as well, just not finished

Normally I don't like focuses at all my driving school had one and it was the slowest thing I have ever driven. But thats a normal focus the svt's are quite nice and pretty fast considering looks good and its probably pretty fun to drive congrats.

not a huge fan of the focus either, but as i said its a SVT, cant pass that up, if it was a 5 door this thread would not exist

this car is much faster than my mustang, like double

EDIT: forgot to add, the car has a trailer hitch and due in part to having that the clutch is completely shot, im looking at around 800+ to have that fixed

i did a carfax on it, didnt pay but this car is the real one, your right if it wasnt i wouldnt have got it

it has alittle less 72000 miles

Not bad all of our cars in my family average about 12,000 miles a year except mine so for a 2002 that sounds about right. That sucks about the clutch though but i'm sure once thats fixed you will have some fun driving it.

yep its right at average, my dads a mechanic and he liked the way it runs, so i got it, ill be lucky to put 10000 a year on it

even with a bad clutch the car is great to drive

I drove a newer focus (I'm guessing a 2007-8 to a salvage yard awhile ago, you might have seen it in my avatar before), good on gas, looks of, but I dont like those kinda focus's. I would honestly buy your car, but I'm below you, so I would have to take a drive up there, lol. I would buy it, but I'm kinda starpped for money right now, with my car needing a new front end, bills, and trying to a place of my own, its really hard right now.
