Default My love, ek9!

Don't laugh at me, lmao. This is how i bought it and i'm certian it has far to go. It's a '96 Honda Civic ek9 Hatch, with two silver powered doors. All new dash for a 01 i believe. I have a new bumper but need to get it put on.

The pics suck and theres SO much to talk about with it good and bad. I only paid 1k, so i didnt expect much. Go ahead and point out the flaws you see, ask questions. :]

A grand hey....

Hmmm ok... so it needs a new side skirt, new door cards, new front grille and lots and lots of paint.... but all in all a good start, the rims look in decent shape, from the pictures the tires still look pretty good.

Does it have a clean title and up to date inspections??

Time to remove all the stickers / badges and get sanding.....

Oh it needs SO much more, lmao.
Title should be good, and inspections wouldnt pass. So the old owner is going to go with us to a shop that her sister in law works at to get us new some.

not bad, i'd grab some sideskirts, get it painted back the stock red color, drop it a bit, powdercoat the wheels black, find some nice new headlights and a good grille and G2G

as for the headlights. use Tooth Paste. not gel but the paste without any of the flavors or mint things. just plain paste..apply some on the headlight and then use a rag and make a swirling motion apply a small amount of pressure. it will get alot better.

17's?
Still, not bad.
Grab the side skirts (stock), and then get some proper, 15/16" wheels, and then roller paint the thing flat black. Easy and it'll look better. And amber corners/bumpers.

I'm definately going to trade the rims, get some 16's. Looking for stock side skirts. Need to get the panels on the inside of the car put it, but the electrical is kinda wonky - he did it himself. New side mirrors, and paint is lease of my worries. I want to get everything put on. OHH i dont think anyone can tell in the pictures but one of the tail lights is orange, and the other is red.

lots of work :/

nice my friend has 3 of those same cars except they have many mods to them. lmao at the back window thats what you call an amature window tinting job. i feel like buy my uncles 240sx off him but since its winter ill let him have it for a little longer. fart can power! it gives you 5-10 more ricepower! lol im into the import craze also its just fun to say things like that. if you tried to blur out the plate number you fail, you forgot the back one. yea that one has alot of work needed on it. if i owned that car i would drop it a little to get the tires tucked in closer to the fender, lambo doors, make exterior look stock, then for engine i would go all out turbo, exhaust the whole nine yards. but is one of the headlights painted white? it looks like it on my screen

congrats on the new car...think of it this way...so many possibilities...i hate to use the infamous sleeper word, but... and hey at least you got 4 wheels that match, thats more than i can say for some of the ricers out there...i say black it all out, paint, tint, lights...maybe some bronze or gunmetal rims...have fun with it, i hope to one day find a crx i can mess around with...

Congrats on the new car, M0DEL. Doesn't look half bad, just a little elbow grease and you've got yourself a good point a to point b runner!

you know you can use a paint roller and roll out a paint job that is NICER than a macco paint job? im not kidding. ive done it.. plus it last longer. and is over 10 times cheaper.

that would be cool in primer with some small pink aftermarket decal on the back in the bottom right corner.

i'd say civic is roller because subbie has stock painted interior panels.
