Yeah, I'm interested in the origins of that model kit as well.

I like the alloy rear chassis, was it all cut/drilled by hand or CNC'd?

as it was a one off the chassis (front and rear) were done by hand as it was a lot less work than setting up the machine just to do one
the electronics are
plasmatomic motor
2.4ghz RX
9g micro servo
and a forward only ESC

Did you just do the chassis with a Dremel? It looks like it's CNC'd you must have great skills with the cutting wheel!

just a small tip that 2.4ghz receiver can and most likely will be disrupted by a normal cordless house phone, ive seen it happen in a nitro truck where it turned into a runaway because of the 2.4ghz

thnks man very nice of you to say so
i didnt use a dremel as that would put to much heat into it i just drilled and then shaped with a file the gave it all a **** good polish

@stang_racer
raely i dint know that i always herd that the 2.4ghz was so manufactured to block any sort of interference
iv not had any from any of my phones but thanks for the tip

I'm pretty sure that when reciever recieves (lol) interference, it hops to a different frequency...
