Default Supercharged 383 1988 Camaro
I guess my thread got deleted so here is the old pics and new ones of the motor finally in the car.Some of the details is fully built 383 all fordged internals,weiand 144 blower,aluminum heads,fully built 700r4 stage 2 shift kit corvette servos,arburn posi motive 4:10 gears,moser axles,The list goes on and on from there

Must have gotten lost the last time the server went corrupt.

500-600hp..?

Either way, that's one mean sbc.

Wow, that's quite a monster there...

Will you be professionally racing this car/engine? Though, I would love to have that under my hood. Despite the gas prices.

No i am not going to race professionally.I will take it to the track to see what it does and also to the dyno for the hp numbers

No start up yet it will be soon.We have to finish the exhaust and the wiring plus the radiator.My brother said it will be done for by end of the month it is my wedding aniversery so i can go on tour with it then.

The beast will finally be running by sunday.Can't wait to hear it and then drive it will post new pic asap and hopefully a video of it running all i have is a digital camera with video so not sure how it will turn out.

The Good:
Drove the car today and have to say wow Tire frying sob plenty of power and only on 4 psi.Rolling 25 mph floor it and leave posi up the road still need more boost and more timing

The Bad:
3rd and overdrive do not work.Bought the trany off ebay new rebuilt my a$$ Guy is also no longer a registerd user so it all me.Will be anothe couple weeks till done now.

sucks getting ebay burnt. what boost you going to shoot for on final set up? looks sick man.

sorry, just noticed the posi....

you should be able to run atleast 15Lbs without problems

Aurburn posi 4:10 motive gears moser axles
That blower is not designed to run more than 8 psi
