Default Ground effects kit

I was lucky enough to still find one for $1! I installed it on my Mustang and noticed it didn't really "shut" all the way. The board seems to be hung up on the center "beam" where the battery cage moves back and forth. So I have no clearance from the ground unless I have the foam tires. Anyone else running into this issue?

I did. I had to install the car "lift kit" to get some height to keep the ground effects from scraping the floor.

I did the same thing. The Race Suspension Tuning Upgrade comes with two sets up upper arms. One set lowers the chassis and the other raises it, supposedly for a rally car look, but it really wasn't that hight for me. Anyway, I 'lifted' it and that made the difference significant. From scraping screws to total clearance.
