ok i got the xtr motor and i got some soldering iron on the armature and im asking how do i get this out

well get what out?

Edit: ooohhman my bad I readd it wrong u mean u got solder on the armature? well that is not good.... I suggest try using a de-soldering braid

Desoldering braid is your best bet.
