when you get the lithium cells for your car does it need any type of special things such as more fets or new motor?
also are they hard to install(lithium pro kit)

No it does not need fets. fets are for high current pulling motors. .and all u pretty much need is soldering skills to install it

you only need to worry about replacing the fets when you go beyond using radio shack xmod motors.

well no necesarily some motors dont need FETS and they go beyond the radioshack 1's

i guess i shouldve worded that a little different.

you wont have to worry about replacing fets until you buy non radio shack motors.

not that all non radio shack motors need it. just you dont have to thin about replacing fets until then

Im doing the Upgrade now and its pretty easy. and u don't need fets and some of the motors don't need FETs that are not sold out of RS. When u go to buy a high performance motor it should tell u in the info if u need FETs or not.
