previous owner did it to the shell it was funny watching him slam it into a wall at full speed i was like "dude the concrete wall always wins in a demolishing match, your puny mustang cant touch it.".

it took about 3 hours of non stopping sanding. lol it sucked lol

usally wat happens to xmod bodys after they r missed up badly,they get used as a beater body or ppls fix them.. im glad that some ppls r actualy rebuilding them...

you should invest in some 320 or 400 grit wet/dry automotive sandpaper and wetsand the whole car again, that will remove the scratches from the body.

Otherwise it is looking good.

thanks i was going to get 500 but i wasn't sure lol i still have alot of work befor i actualy paint it. i really want to say the color but i dont want a svt cobra done befor mine in the color i want it in lol.

the first pic with the busted BK looks like what happened to my first one when my bro's wife got ahold of it. she still owes me a new one and there is no way she is going to pay 30 bucks for one now. I think I should make her. I want to know something why has no one thought of media blasting these things?

I don't know of any media blaster that would work at a psi that is low enough to remove the paint without destroying the body. Since PSI is how they mainly do their work, even using walnut shells or glass beads would pretty much destroy any plastic body that you wanted to do.

If anybody knows of one, I will willing admit that I am wrong.

i thought of mediablasting a couple of my cars but decided against it since it would most likely leave undesireable results in the plastic. no paint, but not bodylines either haha
