Finally got putty

I'm going to do something a little different now. This is going to be a widebody GTR.

Started:

Flushed out the chopped top:

And when I lowered the body, I also sanded the inside of the front wheel walls. I messed up the right side a little, overheating:

So I cut it out and remade it with putty:

The side arches arn't going to be very wide. I might change my mind. Don't know for sure...

ALL C&C welcome

Later, T.I.M

Default Parts

tayyab....

I would recommend you look for the Revell Turner series and F1 Drifting models for parts. I know for a fact the the F1 Drifting models comes with a lot of cool parts like the over-fenders, turbo intercooler, wings, and more.

now...if you mess up on your stock body...just sand it down, prime it, and paint it BLACK. BLACK fixs everything....

Smooth job with the putty! This is going to be one great looking GTR when you finish. Have you sanded the fender where you had the damage yet?

Thanks bro. Yup I sure have but I'm taking this car one arch at a time. I leaned the hard way that doing one arch at a time is a LOT easier.(project: Dust Sweeper)

Well, got a lot DONE.

making a side skirt with putty just wasn't possible. So I used a stock Lancer skirt, cut it up and well, great results.
Also started work on the front arch. I'm doing one side at a time.

Pics:

There was some gap so I placed some putty on the side skirt before putting it on.

And it's on.

Mock ups... doesn't mean the car has to be mounted.

Tayyab, that looks amazing. Once this thing gets painted, it'll look like the fenders were always there. Keep up the amazing work !
