check out my 8 year old comp It used to have around 200mb of ram so my dad upgraded with a 512mb but i think its leaking cus theres only 640...or maybe we started off with 100? it runs surprisingly smooth though..after i emptied out the whole comp and reinstalled window on it . I used to have a Toshiba laptop but it broke in a couple of years. Good ol' dell... of course it won't run any fancy games but it'll run most of the free ones

Ok i have the showstopper. I still have my 2nd pc, IBM aptiva, 233 mhz 3.2 (huge) gb hard drive. Bought it brand new...1,600.00. It was as good as you could get "back in the day". A year after it came out the "experts" said that 666mhz was as far as processing power would ever go. I live by the phrase "you are meddling with powers you could not possibly comprehend"

my god, I was betting that you were around 50 but i guess computers are relatively new . I do recall our household having one of those white-ish computers when i was like 6, in the times when the apple logos weren't as boldly placed on computers as they are now
