Default Project: Wide body Infiniti G35

I have start working on this for a while, but Didn't put the time to finish it. After I finish my finals, I'll going to finish up this project.

So as you see, I made it wider, and all I need to do is sand it down to make it look better, and fill in the holes for the spoiler. After worth, a roof spoiler? Should I shave off the door handles? what do you guys think?

Id say before makeing it any wider smooth out what you got and put it in primer and mount it on the chassie and look at it cause there is to wide were its just an extra pound of putty sticky off all around the car

So I start working on this again, and I cam e across a problem. how am I going to stretch out the wheels so that its no deep in the wide body. cause I want it to line up or stick a little out from the body. any suggestions?

I have start start sanding it down and put it on the chassie before, so its perfect right now with the scion deep dish rims.

I've always wondered, how strong are those wheels after they have been modded in that manner? Can they hold up in racing conditions?

they're actually pretty secure. i have them on foamies and when i convert to rwd on my drifter to grip race, they hold up excellently.

That look like a good technic, but I need to look for wider tires too then... I might try cutting the back of the rim and bringing it up front of the rim. Here is an update on the g35 and the chassie it going to be on:

I think thats wide enough, and now I just need to sand it

UPDATE: so I decide to prime it, after smoothing for a long time. But I still have a long way to go.

Sneak peek on the wide rsx, I been working on while my wide G35 has to dry.

Update: I been working on this little by little... I should have shave the inside first before working on the outer body. after long hours of exterior body work and extending out the wheels, I needed to shave the inside, so the wheels won't rub on the top. During that process, I broke apart the exterior body, so I have to redo exterior after the shaving process was done -.-" I'll post up more photo later.
