Default Lancer Reborn

So, some of you guys might have not known but I'm not that great a driver when it comes to my Lancer, for some Odd Reasons It was always more powerfull than my friends of other of my Gen 2's. Well the last time I drove it in attempts to control it, it was too much and the body took the biggest beatings possible to the extent that the headlight peices were coming off. I'd kept maintainance on the Chasis, and the body, after a long time is finally ready for another round of racing, this time hopefully without scratches.

Heres my custom painted Chargespeed Evo VIII MR:

needs a little bit cleaner lines where the black and white meet at the bottom, but overall vrey nicely done. i like the rear view with the blacked out tails. nice job on the rims as well, they compliment the car nicely

Thanks, yea I need to finish that soon before I go home and clear coat it. The brush I'm using is fine tip but I have a hard time with the steady Hand lol.

They're the Multispoke Rims from Wheelset #3, left the chrome lip, used Gunmetal Grey on the spokes and inner rim.

The white is going to look good on the Lancer when it is complete. I like the black mesh as well. I never thought I would see that particular set of wheels look good at all, you made them look awesome. Great job so far.

EDIT: What is the deal with the side skirts?

What do you mean? The only things done to the sideskirts is that I actually cut the vents on them, and I painted the bottom black cept the white stripe you see.

Unfortunately I don't have any really good Before and After Pics. I could offer one up but it hardly shows any of the major damages, its mostly a front pic, here you go:

This was taken at a small meet me and my friends had, On the right you see my lancer and it looks rather banged up as you guys can tell, this is the front view "patched up" to hide the damages, but you can see that the headlight on the left is kinda falling off and the scratches and dents are visible too. Also, the lancer was not meshed at this time, you can see pics of my first time painting the lancer in the gallery on the site.

Looks really good! The white really stands out!

It could do with being taped off and the rear bumper tidied up but other than that excellent job!

very nice. once you clean the lines up a bit it will look awesome. also what exactly did you do to destroy it in the first place? were you running extra mods or something?
