i think it worked out well after all, and thanks for all the help. my next project is trying to make a porsch body to fit on an gen 1 chassis.

no then i could better put the sock skyline rims on it.

all because i don't want to paint the rims they are all perfect for me as they are, i don't feel like customizing them.

first i used grey primer, then i painted the car white, one coat because there was coming a red coat.

then i made the stripe of painters tape and painted the car red.

when it all dried, i've takn a very small pencil and painted the windows with black paint.

that's it.

well thanks and yes i'm glad i didn't throw it out, i was thinking first to painting the stock rims white but then i had the idea that would be to red & white.

i think it's nice for a first project.

yeah, you really did a good job for a first project. is it on a gen 1 or evo chassis

i'm keeping me to the gen1's for first but when i got better i will be doing evo's too.

well yeah, but for me the gen1 cars are just forerunner for the evo's that i might gonna do.

What with the windsheild. it's all weird

wow it surprized me but you still need to do a little work on the strip because of the red bleeding into the white but this is normal. just go back and paint over the red with the same white used on the car but with a fine brush. other than that its awesome

i think i'm gonna buy a little bit of white paint and tape the red sides of and then paint the red bleedings.

i put the stock skyline rims on it because the nsx were to dark in most ways.
