I'd imagine you could make it work with some minor chassis fixings. Just lift the truck up a bit away from the motor. I have little experience with EVO's, and even less with trucks, so...

it'll fit. the motor is longer than the stock one, so the same mounts can be used, but the rear clip will have to be trimmed to make room.
also, you'll need to shim out the right rear wheel a bit. stock tires (not the ones with the lift) will clear pretty well. anything better will rub a bit. you're on your own as far as body clearance. I've never had a titan. it cleared on my F150s perfectly fine....but I had to remove the bumper and do a crap load of cutting to get it to fit under my hummer body. |

there is a plastic pinion puller that comes with the Evo stage 2 motor upgrade, however it can only pull off plastic gears and not the brass ones. If you need to remove the brass gear, you are going to have to use a pinion puller like the one I posted ealier
