i dont get this question, using regular magnets? you have them in stock motor, if you have better motor that has better magnets y would you want regular ones? is that what you are asking?

yeah, this is confusing. Magnets on what??? The motor has magnets in it, but the stock RS motors are sealed and you couldn't easily change them.

If you want to use regular magnets on something else, go ahead. They won't do anything. You can put them under the car's chassis to help pick up staples and paper clips on the floor...

yeah we know but if you have an aftermarket motor why would you want to put stock magnets on it? it would just weaken the motor.

i am not sure but i think this guy is asking if you can put regular magnets on the outside of the motor to give the ones in it more pull. I have 2 little magnets that are strong if they get stuck together u can not pull them apart you have to slide them off one another and i do put them ON my motor when i am drivin and yes it does make the motor spin faster but you have to get the polarity right or it will slow it down. I did a test i hooked a stock motor up to a battery and put one magnet on one side the motor it slowed then i put the other one on the other side and it went faster So when i thought i had the polairity right i did it again but this time the motor was spinning like before but i put both magnets on at the same time and the motor turned alot faster so YES putting magnets on the outside of your motor will make it go faster here is a pic in one of the pictures the magnets are 4 motor widths apart and still try to stick together
