Tracks above NYC?

Anyone know of tracks, let alone hobbie stores in about 40 mins north of NYC? I only know of 1 and it at a hobbytown.(only a mini 96

...)

Didnt somone who used to really actived here live on like statan island...
oh well

Yea that's who I was thinking of, I only remembered that because after Ilene people where asking how he was doing
