Stage 2 Evo Motor Questions
So a few months ago I got the stage 2 motor for my Xmod. It runs good but it doesnt seem to be as fast, but it could just be me. It does drink regular batteries like theyre nothing. But Ill eventually get some re chargeable li-ions and that should help. But my real question pertains to the wires on the motor. Are they that long for a reason? Can they be shortened and re soldered? Any help would be awesome, thanks guys. Peace.

well i have the same motor in mine with the 18g wire upgrades for the motor and the battery tray .. and it seems alot slower then the stock motor why would they make a motor with less power for a upgrade seems dumb to me...

No.. the stage 2 is faster but it has less torque. If you read my last post, you would've known that. Plus, no B/S/T outside of the forum area, plus you dont have the post count required to post in the B/S/T area either. Read the rules please.

well i've hd three of the stage 2's ang they run fine 4 me besides the fact tht on 1 of them the wire kept getting ripped like it was burning the wire itselfm. and it had 2 be resoldered but i ran all three motors as hard as possible 2 on diffrent cars and 1 on a truck and its direct soldered to the board and is way faster then the stage 1.
