edit: response from seller..."don't understand, so let's say nokia is written in title but inside are real pictures of samsung, what would you expect you will receive?"...seriously? it's false advertising no matter how you look at it

and still no response as to where in the U,.K. he is ...LOL

paypal will take a little bit to complete a dispute. but if you file a dispute, get money back, and the item shows up its only right to send the money back isnt it?

got mine friday, iv been sending him messages since i bought it to ask for feedback for the payment and the last one his reponded too, the others he didn't but he reponded to me by e-mail.

i said: Hi i have been contacting you all week about feedback for my payment, i find it rude that you have not responded to one message iv sent you, iv given you possitive feedback so i find only right that you give me feedback, i feel that i may have to contact ebay about this.

he said: for threating me you want positive feedback?

All ebay said was that they understand my concern being a new ebayer and not receving feedback but it is out of their hands, it is up to the seller if he want to give you feedback.

i ordered them last friday, so when he was still in the uk.

Royal mail has been rubbish lately, iv bought some stuff lately from the uk and abroard, i bought the stuff from the uk 2 weeks ago and was sent 1st and 2nd class and i still haven't recevied it, as for the stuff from abroad, i ordered that a week ago and got it all friday of this week.

so i am passing this on to anyone that has dealt with this crook...he has switched his name to xmodcz...now has no feedback...and in his final email to me stated that he enjoys screwing little kids over...what a joke...i am reporting as many of his items as i can and would hope you all would do the same...maybe with enough fraud reports against him ebay/paypal will ban him permanently...sorry to rant...but i hate deadbeat sellers

Yeah I realized that he changed his name a few days ago when I saw his same listings. For now I'll be waiting on the package to arrive since some people have received theirs before I do anything.

it looks like that anyone who put in a pp claim has now been banned by him on ebay from buying again i tred to get a civic body and was blocked

I never even made a claim and I was blocked. I guess I asked to many questions when I purchased the item from him.

Unfortunately too many questions can look like harassment...which is probably the excuse he used to get Ebay to change his user name. Granted he could have opened a whole new account when his name changed, but he would have had to have a completely separate bank account for verification. It wouldn't even let me create my own account since my wife had one without opening a separate bank account, paypal account, etc.

I would compile all the data and submit a calmly written claim to Ebay. In fact anyone who has dealt with him should do so, even if they haven't been banned, just to offer support for those that have.

I didn't ask that many questions. I asked him about 3 questions about the cars condition and his handling of the shipping. After they were answered I stopped asking him things since he is irritated by people asking him about the shipping. He is a quick tempered guy when asking him about that.

guy is a douchebag...i am just glad my claim against him and my reports to ebay forced him to start over and lose his 4500 feedback LOL...it is too bad people like that have to ruin the ebay fun for everyone else

under what category did you report him ? i plan on reporting him but non of the preset ones seem to be fitting for a con man

also he is still trading under both user-names/account and that I'm sure is against ebay rules

i started with fraud...fraudulent location, fraudulent items, misrepresentation of items...and in theory using the xmod name is trademark infringement...i would think if enough people reported him it would have to draw ebays attention...i guess once again ...in theory...

edit: and if he is using the old ebay name then he is guilty of fraud for item location misrepresentation
