Xmod not working correctly

Well i some of you guys may know i just got my X Mod last Friday. I just tried driving it today and the car wouldn't move... The remote works fine and i even changed the batteries in the car but the front wheels won't even steer. What might the problem be and what should i do?

Try to narrow down exactly what the problem might be by performing a few simple checks.

Are the crystals seated correctly.
Take the motor out of the chassis see if it spins up....

etc etc

where are the crystals located?

ehh check to see if the numbers on the crystals match up.

also if you take it apart and look inside there is probably a loose connection in it.

if nothing else since its practical new just take it back ti the store for a new 1...

ok im going to check the connection but if theres nothing im going to take back to store thanks for the help though.
