I've found a small flathead screwdriver will work to get pinions off.

However it is much easier to use the little black plastic tool that comes with the evo stage 2 motor upgrade.

you're on your own as far as body clearance. I've never had a titan. it cleared on my F150s perfectly fine....but I had to remove the bumper and do a crap load of cutting to get it to fit under my hummer body.

sorry for the necro guys
but ive been reading alot of threads about crawling and want to get into it
im expecting to receive my h2 in a couple days or so with a bunch of upgrades [off road kit, 4wd, slammed rims kit] for cheap and want to try a bunch of mods like the articulation mod, extra body lift or sut conversion

i really want to drop a bb 180 motor in my hummer but i was wondering if you could post some pics of where you had to do some cutting to get the 180 to fit in the h2?

and if anyone has found the tut for installing the 180 into evo trucks please post it

thanks in advance for any help from anyone
