what car do you have? Why not just buy a 1/25 model body and use that instead of trying to cut the windows out of your xmod?!? If you want to make a convertable, you may even find a convertable model already made. This will leave more time to do other cool mods, instead of wasting time modding your xmod body...

sometimes people post the same things in different spots and it gets different reactions. I hate it when people post an obvious beginner question (like: How do a install rechargeable batts in my car?) in the modification or other non-beginner section. Sometimes I just won't respond if it is in the wrong section. That's not the case with your post, though. I probably just missed it, or I had trouble reading it and decided to skip it (your lack of puncuation in most of your posts makes them hard/slow to read)...

ok heres the deal about one hour ago i started making a roll cage for my lancer before i even thought about goin here and my idea knocks all of yours outa the park. what i did was with house hold items i got an old antenna from a cd player and a hot glue gun. i cut it a little to high at first (so i later found out when trying to put the body on),but any ways its is incredibley strong not very pretty since i had to jimmy it when clearance was an option i personally dont want to scratch the body of my xmod so i got the idea after multiple flippings w/o body on. i can press on it really hard and it wont budge from the chassis so it works. price=$0.00
