^^^ interested in parting with them?

well update time, i wanted to check everythin out so i went ahead and made a new bottom plate out of plastic so i could throw this together and play with it. here's what i came up with. had to relocate the board, which is too high right now, it will be coming down. i just made a crude standoff out of styrene tubing, shrink tubing, and a couple nuts. works pretty well. had to re route some wires, and lengthen some wires. well here is some pics and a a couple videos. my bathroom floor is all i had to play on at the moment. not extremely small but not very large.
i had to put it in lo to play around with it, in the second video at the end when i started ripping donuts i sawitched to high for the second run at foughnuts

well i went to put the shell on and it wouldnt fit, no matter how much i lowered the board. so i had to flip the board over. and i made a short video of it carpet drifting. well as much as i could for the moment.

well the dog does love it, he only goes for the antennas on these though. lol

atomicmods.com ? they are the same size as these. got a link.

well heres a few more videos. its still colder than a well diggers butt outside. so i did some more carpet drifting. this carpet is even tighter than the other carpet was so it was a little easier to "drift".
i locked the front diffferential, which i think i might just leave in. but i need a bigger area to drift it in. needs to warm up.

well this car turned out pretty awesome. i cant find another body at the moment, but i do think this car needs to be more than just a drifter. and so i am going to have 2 chassis for this beast. 1 for rwd, and 1 for awd.

with this in mind, i have the rwd chassis in carbon fiber first. but i do have a chassis being made for the awd setup. i still have the other one setup for the awd drifter setup.
well without further ado, here's some pics. and i think im in love with carbon fiber now.

Oh, I love that car, I said that ummm, I think thats the 4th time. You gotta have that shorty chassis in your hands to appreciate how cool the mini car is. I would have never have thought of making a smaller scale car, and Im very glad you did it. Awsome just awsome.

yep. the wheel wells took a little bit of trimming, but there is just enough room. and this chassis isnt up and running yet. still need to perma-mount the board, and finish making the battery pack. still got some solderin to do and what not. the motor is usually the last thing to go in a project for me.

thanks for the comments guys

EDIT: actually, you could lower it till you touch the AA cells, then just use spacers on the screws/bolts
