These are the things I have for peformance (installed in car):

You have all the pieces to drifting your car, what motor are you running and what surface? Those two play a huge roll on whether or not you can drift. You can use electrical tape for hardwood, marble, etc. and plastic tires for concrete, short carpet, etc. Try softening up your rear suspension and lock the rear differential. Also practice makes perfect, throttle control through the drift is important as well, you cant just mash it and get a good clean drift.

Try to get a sticker surface not something smooth with the electrical tape. See if you can some one on here to make you a motor for stock fets that has a little more power. I made a 42t(evo car) and it drifts pretty well in the garage with everything stock. It is just practice and getting the right combo of things: power, tires and surface. I can't add much more. try turning a bit less and let off the throttle to stop the 360's.

Donzii and ChouDawg said it all.

With my gen1, the Red 9T S2 was enough for me to drift that's with hardwood floor and electrical taped tires. You can try HARD compound tires that might keep you from spinning out, also try putting throttle trim on "LO" and make sure you watch your throttle finger, a lot of people assume you can just mash the throttle and drift you have to vary the throttle a lot and counter-steer. Practice, practice

soething i discovered when learning to drift was your car will not pull a perfect drift righ away, i slowly learned by doing short bursts in which my car did a small drift and ended up nineties degrees to what was earlier, i agree with some things said above, but you need to do what works for you, i'm sure all^ those methods are great, but remember, you can only show so much through text

I run monoshock rear with a yellow evo car spring and stock springs in the front. Softer rear will help you hold wider drifts and have more time to react.
