Default Bad Rice Integra

Here is my build off attempt at the XMF Pro Member's Build.

Project

BAD RICE INTEGRA

You see, I think the owner was going to put a Type R lip on it, but doesn't have the cash to get it painted. So it's still a tainted white piece he got of craigslist. Also, at some point, he was rear ended, so, as with the lip, an unpainted rear bumper and primered and bondo'd to hell rear quarter grace the rear. As will his newest performance exhaust, once I find a sutable pipe.

The front drivers fender came primered, but due to shitty prep, half has fallen off. The hood was rattle can'd black, for that racer look, y0. Front bumper is also a junk yard piece, not quite painted either. All of which is graced by a heavily abused 15 year old orange paint which still has the side graphics from when Fast and Furious came out, and it was the hot chit. The rear lenses are your venerable "Altezzas", of course.

Bad Rice is one ugly bitch.

I have some real light weight aluminum tubing that would be perfect for the ricer can. If your interested PM me.

It's going to have some different wheels. Those were just some mock up tires I had laying around.

If you have an old antenna then you might be able to use the largest part with a bit of the next to largest sticking out of it some.

Sweed, I run steelies. You can't school me on steel wheels, they didn't many alloy wheels back in 1969. We had Mag wheels, and we were happy with them! (Never mind the breakage)

This is actually a REALLY good model kit, the suspension is very detailed. There is very little pre-molded stuff on it, which I really like in models. Almost too nice to cut up... Almost.

Getting some better pics of everything at the moment. I'll get the chassis painted tomorrow, and work on getting it mounted.

The Subaru I got was of the same series and also extraordinarily nice....Revell has let me down in the past, but that kit was top notch.

with the neon you could change only one of the bulbs so it's two different colors or just take one out. anyway looks horrible ( in a good way )

I don't have a neon kit. Would really help the look I suppose. But, the Evo neon kit looks so trashy and out of scale, I don't think I'd run with it in the end.

Indeed, like the model kit for my '55 Chevy for the Two Lane Black Top car, pure crap pretty much. Not to mention the hood was precut for a lame clear hood scoop... And I can't find my old '55 nomad's hood... Argh

But, man, it's fun to build something again. My room is already covered in little parts and crap again. Hunting down some rims, a some different front clip mounts, and a chassis spacer. Got some motor parts for the TLB '55 as well. Found an antenna that will work for my fart can too.

Nice to be out of retirement, more or less.

You are the only person I know that can crap out a car that well. Is that wheel from your trailor trash wildcat? Maybe make a dent then fill it in with some bondo. And dont forget the 'ol wood spoiler which will add a billion rice points.

Wow it's my motor! Ok two suggestions (I have this car lolso I know the styles) if you are gonna stick with those rims put the two matching on the front and the mismatched onthe back. Also try and do like tons of colored wiring on the motor.
