Stop making me blush. Well I know what your talking about, but I gotta stay true to my Black and Red style. It will be hotrod red and the sides will be black with a red and white pin-stripe. I did this with microsoft paint so it looks like crap, but to give you an idea.


***UPDATE***

Okay the chassis is complete and time for body work. I gotta tell you, those RV PCBs are pretty good for Xmod modding. The POT is 3 wires like the Xmod and so integration is a little less difficult as the 2 wire Mini-Z PCB. I love it, I drove it around using my mini-Z remote with xmod #2 crystals and it was pretty smooth. great deal for $47.30. PS-ignore the antenna in that wierd spot, I just put it there to test the car.

Great Movie I have it on DVD. I was a Sophmore in High School when that movie came out, 1993.

On another note, I love the Judge, and your chassis is flawless. Sand the sides and seal it, then its perfect. Your chassis design is awesome A+

hey man i was just looking throw the tread and i was reading your first post and i saw in the pic of the supplises that you are useing and that wire is it from radio shack and is it felxable

The wire in the picture IS from Radio Shack. I ordered another 3 feet of superflex because I ran out before I started. That's my back-up wire so I can hook everything up. I will change it out once the superflex gets here. (That RS stuff is as rigid as a board)

Have you tried anyother wire comparable to AMs SuperFlex 18g. So far I haven't. I have tried some good wire, usually flexable but not of the fine pre tinned copper quality as the Superflex.

i have tried this wire it was from the hobby shop by me it is felxable and come in diffent sizes it is a good wire but i think supper flex is better too
it i can find the spool i will look for the name for you but the wire is ok to use and is felxable

Okay well, i got some updates finally. I painted her up some. Didn't get photos of each coat or the primer (boring) but you get the idea) Bright Red and Flat black.

First primed a few coats, then 3 coats of the RED.


Masked and did 3 coats on the flat black. tommorrow I will clear coat.


All the shiney chrome.
