Question budget drag set up help

Hi every one I am looking to use an evo chassis to race in underground drag events with my buddy what can I do that wont break my 100 dollar bank every month starting with the Atomic-AR018-T2-High-Current-Motor

You can lock the steering for just 10 minutes of your time.

You can get better rear tires for uber traction.

You can get 4wd for faster launches?

You can get a FET upgrade so you don't burn out your electronics when you use the T2 motor.

You can upgrade to bigger wires for more current flow.

You can get a 9v cheater electronic "NOS" battery bypass system

You can ask questions.

How hard are the steering lock and 9 volt cheater to do and is there a thread with how to do them already?

LOL EPIC RANDOM SURGEON. YOU ARE GOING IN MAH SIG

EDIT: On topic, the steering lock requires drilling and is reversable. The 9V NOS is a kit you have to buy that you bypass your motor to run off a 9V battery rather than the stock 4 AAA batteries.
