Welcome to Xmodsource.com !!! Yea, be sure to read all the rules, like Supershelby said, theres a link in his post if you cant find the rules.

I would say just get a evo truck, like a F-150 or a Hummer. With trucks, you have the ability to go offroad or just drive on the tile of your kitchen. With car chassis's, you can only drive on smooth surfaces, well most of the time.

If for which you do get a xmod, please post up some pictures, when you get it(if you get it). Hope you have a nice time here.

Also, just so we're clear, you can spell good right ??

Snowboi, please stop the grammar hounding. I understand you want everyones posts to be as legible as possible, but your grammar isn't exactly perfect either. Plus it just gets annoying and starts pointless fights.

Scoter, howdy and welcome to Xmodsource. We're pleased to have you aboard our forum and hope you share your Xmods experiences with us. If you have any questions about the Forum Rules and Guidelines, please do not hesitate to ask a question here in your introduction thread or through private message to any one of the Forum Staff. We will all be glad to help you.

Enjoy your stay! We hope you have fun here in the forum!

Cheers,
Kyle.

Try checking your own stuff before you criticize others.

Welcome to XMS. I don't normally do that.

I never take it that far. I usaully have good grammar, I know for a fact I dont have the best grammar, but its good enough to understand. I dont normally criticize others, but when you cant understand what somebody is trying to say, then thats a problem.

Back on topic.

scoter, if your planning on painting the body, then I would recommend you go over the body before painting it. If you have bad m,asking skills, then you might get some paint on your windows, but you can always check everything before painting the body. I say for paint, maybe a dark blue. Or a bright yellow with one black stripe on the top of the body.

If you have the money to invest into an airbrush and the hand for it, then that's the best way to paint an Xmod. However, not a lot of members are able to invest into an airbrush and their primary way of painting is by a rattle can (spray paint).

There are quite a few tutorials on how to paint using a rattle can and airbrush if you're unsure and want to get started on the right foot.

1. Airbrush Tutorial by Parris Graphics.
2. How to lay Show Quality Paint by Bondo.
3. Brians Model Cars (Site currently under construction).

Even though you may not be painting with an airbrush, airbrush tutorials will give you the right procedures for prepping the body for paint.
