Try plexi.

well if you had the cash to purchase a vacuum molding machine, then you could make your own parts and sell replacements to people for cash

How much are vaccum molding machines and where can I find one? I think I might do that. It depends if people are willing to pay for clear parts. If not, then theres no point in it.

A hellofa alot..

They made a clear chassis with Carbon Decks for the Gen1. You might be able to find one on ebay.

Exactly how much is "hellofa alot" I already have the cf package. The clear chassis got me thinking into making my car a completely clear one. I also perfer not to buy the clear nascar body from AM because I dont have the money. Unless someone will be nice and sell it to me for a cheaper price

try to have a look here...
http://www.truescaleproducts.com/

or instead of using plexiglass you could use pieces of clear thin plastic of which are made the RS packs(or any other product that has that kind of package)
