Wheel Nuts (breaking)

anyone else have this problem, wheel nuts get cracked and break off?
im down to 2, And was wondering what other people use to keep their wheels on.

most people use 2mm metal nuts from ratshack.
alot of the upgrades come with spare plastic lugs so try to get ahold of a tire or rim upgrade if you like the plastic ones.

then there's always GPM locknuts.
more expensive but they last.

My Rs Doesnt have them, I was just there saterday, and I was like, Were are the 2-56 nuts, and he said, That when The evoulution xmod line went, they did too. I was like,. !!!!!

yeah, i got the rim and tire upgrades, but ive used them. or lost them

so i might look for some smal metal ones to replace.

are you sure he knew you were talking about the metal nuts?
it seems fishy that they would discontinue an item that is used in many custom electronic kits simply because they dont sell Xmods anymore.

that would be like them discontinuing 22 guage wire because they arent carrying Xmods anymore.
