quick question for you, im sure the command logic head/tail-lights and neon do either rob your xmod of power and/or run time, but is this exacly true?

Since they run off of the same electronics that your motor and steering servo do, then the answer is yes, they will "rob" your chassis (motor and steering) of power. However, the difference is very minimal and you should achieve the same amount of runtime with CL/Neons. LEDs pull very little amps and need very little power to be lit. You shouldn't notice too much of a different, if any at all.

very little, leds are probably the most effeciant light bulbs created to date, but again depending on how many your running at once, and how often are all factors...
