I have never seen a loose lithium power cell at RadioShack. The only place I've ever found them was at highly renown RC swap meets, online retailers and possibly a local hobby shop.

What I would imagine he is talking about is the lithium camera battery packs that RS has on clearance for 97 cents. 3.7 volt rechargeable and 800 something MAH. @ the OP, there are lots of threads about using phone/camera/whatever batteries in xmods, have a look around for some free education.
