Default HELP! ASAP! FET experts!!

well i hope i havnt done any perm damage.

I was installing my 2x2 stack of FETs into my rally car chassis. I followed a tutorial i found step by step. so im confident i atleast tried to do this right. But my eyes are not good enough plus i dont have a good magnafying glass to look better. Im fairly confident everything is soildered But im having problems.

i turn my car on, the wheels turn just fine. reverse works just fine. but it wont drive forward.

what do i need to look for? does one fet controll forward and the other reverse? is it possibly i fried something?

if i cant figure it out on my own, is there anyone that would be willing to take my car and see if they can fix it if i ship it to them? Thanks guys! i really wanna get this fixed asap! my motor and liths will be here by the weekend and i need these FET's to run them! and i need to be able to drive forward! lol

You have forward / reverse / left / right FETS so its possible that one of your drive ones isn't making a full connection, I wouldn't think at this point you've fried anything.....

Have a go at redoing your soldering first at worst you can send it to atomicmods if you can't find anyone on here.... but I'd say try the bayvillemodders guys....

Look at tutorials for spider / woah nelly / v2.2 board installations if you need to identify what FETS do what....

well now i feel like an idiot.

on the FET's they are dotted down in one corner, noting the #1 pin. Some how in my struggles and frustrations i turned the fet around when i soldiered it. so its backwards.... im going to flip it around, but this wouldnt cause damage to it would it?

I'm not 100% sure on that... I don't think so but I would assume current would be flowing through them so maybe... guess your gonna have to swap them around and see
