no it wont, i've done it, it squezes everything together pretty tightly and makes it locked for as long as you want. its reversible as well if you want to go back to an open diff. glue isnt reversible

Hammer harder. Trust me, I put my S10 through plenty of abuse, the only thing that gave out was the gears and dog bones shredding under the torque, not the diff letting loose.
