Default Gen1 micro-t

Ok, since I'm purchasing lipo, the 10259kv Xceleron brushless motor and esc for my micro-t, I have a spare servo, tx, and mainboard.
This is a project fully customized, a lot like Sweed's. Im not trying to copy Sweed, but I jsut happen to have these parts as spares, and a spare gen1 chassis. After seeing his, I thought I could make a hobby-grade car out of spare parts.
-I will use stock Micro-T EP-New AM Superflex 18g wires for motor, Dean harness for LiPo(all soldering done by me)
-Stock Losi TX
-A few GPM Parts: front knuckles, rear diff gearbox
This is going to be RWD, since the AWD Kit is too expensive at XI.
I just need to find a way how to set up the servo, but tomorrow I will use Sweed's method by stacking styrene/servo tape. That's my only issue, other than that, I jsut need to order GPM parts, Deans wires(12g), and LiPo cells.
Here are my mock-up pics, will do more tomorrow.
I will finish most of this, and I will ACTUALLY progress due to my 2-week Xmas vacation.
Here are my pics:

Good day to all.
-BLT.

UPDATE:
I now know how I will mount the LiPos.
So, on top of the LiPo, the very top, I will place 2 strips of velcro.
I will mount the Micro-T board with stick-tape on a piece of plastic, then velcro the bottom of the plastic.
This will enable me to mount the board, and remove it aswell when I charge my LiPos.

UPDATE:
I DID A LOT OF WORK, CHECK IT OUT!!

ENJOY.

Maybe I am wrong but I think you are quite farther than 300 miles from AM, since I only live about 20 miles from them.

OK PEOPLE.
I figured out my board-mount-a clear cd case cover cut up with super-mount tape!

SO, I have it mounted on-top of the servo, and I made the LiPo pack.
IT WORKS!
The atomic-tuned arm is NUTS in this car.
I need to superglue my GPM rear-joint in, since it won't spin the axle...then I get my bearings in, and It can drive!!!!!!!

I soldered the motor wires on, and going to mount the board later when I get ma bearings in!!
I'm very happy.
I'll get up pics in a few minutes, and 2 vids:halo:
Pics as usual chassis shots, vids of the motor pumping it's heart out:devil: (craziness!)

People I'd like to give a shout-out to:

-Color0: Thanks for doing this in the first place. You gave me some great advice, thanks for the inspiration.

-Sxysweed: You followed color0, and I followed you! Lol-but thanks for helping me out with mounting the servo, and about the batteries and everything.

Also a shout-out to XMF members, for the appreciation of my work, and places supplying me with LiPo batteries, GPM, and motor parts!!

Thanks everyone, pics and vids ina bit!

-BLT

PICS:

Vids are taking WAY too long to upload...once I drive it I'll get up a vid...
Thanks.

You regret dropping all that money into it yet?

Looks good. I'de like to see a video of it. The MC-T Board already flows more current, so the Li-Po's were a good idea, but unless you're looking for a FET stack, I'm not sure if the spider will help you. Might actually restrict current flow..

I would like to see a video. Depending on how everything in mounted, you might have a hard time trying to flip it...

Has anyone done a MC-T powered EvoT yet?

Nah, not yet Sweed. THe money isn't a concern, everything costed under 80 bucks.....
I will get vids of all my cars when they're finished..
I think the v3 isn't too bad of an idea, but I get your point on resistance...
I'm gunna stick wit this motor...it's a beast on lipos...and runs fine on the 2x2 Stock FET stack.
I am pretty happy with this build...a chassis I plan to buy from Oramac will soon have Hot Racing hobby-grade electronics in it aswell.
