Cool 2010 mustang won't reverse

Hey guys. I just bought the xmod street 2010 mustang. It didn't run at all. So I returned it and got a new one. But now this one runs but won't reverse. It only goes a few cm every little while. Should I return it or what? Thanks for any help

Batteries are dead. Try a fresh set.

I just did.. It worked for like 10 seconds. They are duracell alkaline. Is that the problem? I know that I heard about the lithium or nickel being better/ is that true? And if so where do I buy them?

Make sure you use recharge batts and not just regular ol' alkaline batts

Thise akline battery's are horrible, i'd invest in some money & buy some rechargable ones. They will work alot better.

If batteries are the problem and you dont mind spending a bit of cash then i would invest in lithium batteries but that cost alot. If you dont want to do that then go to wal-mart and get some energizer or duracell rechargables and a charger. Even better if you go to atomicmods.com and get some AAA rechargables. Atomicmods has batteries with higher mah than ones from wal-mart so they last longer.
