Default Updated!! Drifting with white pvc tires!

I cut some white pvc drift tires for my white supra. This is just the chassis drifting without a body. I was still just testing it out. It worked out great! its a blast and i can control it really well! Let me know what you think!
The picture is when it was rwd. It has awd now!

Oh and how do I get the video to be a standalone unit to post it in the thread and not as a url?

thats pretty crazy, i would have never guessed that you could fit PVC pipping on an xmod and still have it work.

yea it works pretty darn well. i had to shave down the middle plastic divider thingy on the wheels and then just popped the pvc on. no glue or anything needed a perfect fit!

You would have to sand it down a lot to make the same size as xmod tires. Youd probably be better off buying the rs drift kit. I wanted to be able to make a bunch of tires so when they are worn i can just swap them out. I dont know if you could do that with the rs ones or not. Oh and I dont think you would need pledge to make it work any better, it already slides like crazy! Its quite fun. The size of the pvc is 3/4". I got the 3/4" silverline from lowes!

Oh and i just watched the vid again, the sounds is kinda off. lol at the end when the chassis isnt even moving its making noise. i guess when i downloaded it to youtube it messed up or something

Looks like it doesnt take a whole lot to get it to drift. Nice job on the tires.

That's awesome! I wish I had enough room in my kitchen to do that stuff! Instead, I've been limited to areas such as tennis courts to bust out with the fun stuff.
