My Scion Tc Rally with 180 motor, Fets and 7.4V 460mA.

you can get a stage 3 on ebay. you need stronger FETS or a 7 cell. the 7 cell fits under the body for those of you who were wondering.

Stage 3 is a gimic name, 7 cells not only sticks your board in jeapordy, but is not worth the weight gain...
