XMS Member Concerns:- SPR
To all members:-
In a recent thread (which for liability reasons we have now closed) information was posted indicating that a person who appears to match the known personal details for the active member SPR is in a lot of trouble with local law enforcement pending various charges. Whilst XMS can not confirm or comment on if this is the same person we do want to make all members aware of the issue and ask that if they had pending transactions with SPR and are still awaiting on items to ship they contact the detective working the case: Quote:

hey B1G... i was wondering what all was going on with this so i clicked the link above...very interesting reading indeed...you might want to scan thru that subie site and find out who " SPR got BUSTED " is...obviously a member from here and maybe boot him as he chose to post pics of "SPR" and "AshBaby" and make a few other not so smart remarks...as you said above "for liability reasons"...and i'm sure you IT detectives will figure it quite easily...obviously a post and attention junkie...both on their site and i'm sure on ours...sorry just my opinion of course
and to whom it may concern...you copying and pasting a minors picture without her consent on another site is just as bad as what SPR did...probably not too smart puting up pictures of him either...may come back to bite you in the butt

The member that did post does not have a conection to xmodsource. he found them cause SPR posted them on there to. I will pm him and ask him to take them down. I am the one that brought this to BIGs attention so I will pm that said member and have the pics removed

I think with an M you would be wrong....
I have already seen the posts as have the two police officers involved (one is dealing with the ID theft charges, the other with the posting pictures of a minor charges) so it wasn't the smartest idea for that member to join the NASIOC web site and re-post the pictures. As I have done in the past I will do so again now and that is I would advise all members not to post stuff up about SPR, XMS is not liable for anything that might happen to you and I have already told the officers investigating that we will fully co-operate and provide any information they need, so please keep that in mind if you plan to post something that might be relevant to their case.

"Graham pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 21 months in state prison. Not as much as I hoped for, but should give him enough time to think about what he did. He has also been ordered to pay back all the money to Paypal. Figured you’d like to know the outcome and hope you are happy with it. Call or e-mail with any questions."
Detective Sean Lundry The Dalles PD I hope that nobody had any transaction with him in regards to this forum, because he's going to be out for almost two years.
