Flaps are nice, but lip throws it off. Its no longer stock nor is is it a full custom. If anything, paint the lip in gloss black to blend it better and round/smooth its edges to match the body's style.

gloss black lip to replace the one you got, and it'd blend in more as skv said above.
but other than that tiny detail, this car looks sweet.
some pictures even look like the real thing...

Thanks for the suggestion guys, I might be paint the lip black in the future, but not sure which black should i use, flat black or glossy black, since there's some flat black on the evo x's grills and the rear bumper.

Update - new lip

Gloss black lip I'd say, you can blend it in better with the Autoscale's stock Gloos Coat. If you use a thicker kind of clearcoat on top of it (Future floor polish?) you might even be able to blend the lip into the bumper without resorting to putty.

Great job with the mudflaps and rally wheels btw, very clean.

Love the evo... One of my favorite cars. The second lip is so much better than the first. I am glad you went with gloss black. The tow hook doesn't blend in well with the car in my opinion. Good luck

I misspelled gloss.

IMO the tow hook takes away from the current uber-clean look, but it's your car and you could probably find some way to pull off a clean one anyways. Smaller and a duller shade of red could work.

Thanks, I also like the second lip over the first one, as for the front tow hook, not sure what I'm gonna do with it, so I might take it off for now.

Thanks, to me, they kinda make the Evo looks more like a track car.

I have used paper clip as a tow hook on a xmod before, but the paper clip doesn't look that on the evo. Here's a pic of the xmod.

As for the tow hook from the last update, it was just a mock up, it haven't mount yet.

lol - Nice idea. I might try to make one out of styrene. As for the mudflaps, I have some pics below shows how it's mounted.

Haha, don't know what to say about this one.

I made the checker floor myself.

Some people say the lip looks nice, some people say it looks odd. I think I will go with you on this one, take off the front tow hook and give it a clean look.

Update - mounted rear tow hook & random pics

This is where i take pics of my cars at.

A random pics of the STI & Evo X.

Rear tow hook.

Chassic pics. (All the body parts I have made so far are all mounted on the chassic and they are all removable.)

That's awesome. Does the body have the roof air diffusers like the Evo IX had?
