Any way to shave and smoothen diecast metal?
I got this match box and took the body off of the matchbox then put it on a zipzap. It's a Lexus GS430 and it needs the metal on the side shaved. I don't have a dremmel and I can't afford anything more than $20 to shave this metal. Any suggestions?

I've been using a nail file, but it's a little hard. Would a Dremmel engraver like this work? Is the tip replaceable?

A dremel is really what you want to use. It can even be polished back up with it. If you send it to me I can do it for free, just pay the shipping... Or see if you can borrow a Dremel somewhere. Im an approved and trust service provider..... http://www.xmodsource.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17800

You can buy cheap POS dremmels that still work good for $20 if you look around.
