i took the rear apart and it looks like all they have to do is make cvd's like the evo with the ridge in the middle and bearings will fit the knuckle.Bet that is what there going to do if so that was dumb on there side u have to design a whole new cvd i just hope the awd kit comes out and bearings because there is so much friction i don't even want to drive it.

Dont get your hopes up. Its not happening this car isn't meant to be taken apart and fiddled with. Aftermarket parts arent going to make this thing that much better anyway

if radio shack does not come out with any parts then they should stop making xmods. What a shame who ever made the decision on this xmod for radio shack they should be fired.

If you ask me Gen 1 was the hayday of Xmods. I don't think they'll ever be as cool as they were back then.

I liked the idea that me and all my buddys could walk into Radio Shack with only 50 bucks and walk outside ready to race.

Really a shame that some idiot made the decision to stop making the cars.

In time it will be impossible to find Gen 1 Parts and such. and the hobby will die.
Heck. It's already starting to come to that now.

Besides all the negativity that this new xmod is getting, I happen to like it. You guys have to give it a chance it just came out. You guys can't expect it to have as many mods as a gen 1 three months after release. I would like to get my hands on a gen 1 just cause I want the 2004 mustang Lol. I do hope that they do have franchise models. My local RS has been sold out on these things for awhile, even though there where clueless about xmods Lol.

I have to re plastic dip again, but I will post pics soon.

I agree with your previous post but speaking as a painter,...plasti-dip is for retards that can't paint..
I'm not sayin you can't but the only people I've known to use it are hacks that want to cheese their way through a paintjob.
That crap was made to coat tools but the "ricer" crowd made it the go to "paint" and now we(actual painters) have to peel the rest of the crap and re-do it.
More work for me but the ***s that use it insist that my paint should cost less then their muck up because actual paint costs less.....
Do it right the first time and quit *****ing that your "paint" came off....
