This build will be going from july 25th to august 31st. so until then you will just get some pics of what we are starting with

The body is untouched part of the model chassis has been built a couple years ago. Everything is there.

got the cutting done, it was a pain, this kit isnt the biggest so it was a little tricky cutting everything so it would fit. not real happy with the gap between the hood and front car support, but i
m not exactly what i can do with it at the moment. i tried filing down the edges where it meets up with the car, didnt really do much, i'll figure something out eventually.
right now its just mocked up, i wont be able to acutally make the mounting bracket until after i put the rear trunk / spare tire in. and i cant do that until i put the window in. so im at a stand still on mounting it at the moement.

I feel your pain Zippo. At least you have a an engine bay. Mine is just the body every thing is in the model chassis...

Mounting is/was a pain! The chassis was to long, to short, so i had to drill medium holes in the chassis extender...

Mounts are made just not glued to the body yet. I haven't had much time lately.

Finally got the stance how i want it. Not much space to do an interior or anything for an engine...











I will be gone for the next 3 days.

Body is now mounted. the rest of the chassis has been painted. Now i can move on to something else. As you can see there is little to no room to an interior.

3rd gen Viper gone 4th gen ACR.

I started the passenger rear arch first just to see how it looked. That is why that side is farther along than the others.

Putty work is done.

Should i do the wing? I want this to look like the 4th gen SRT10 ACR viper.

finally got the replacement camera. heres some updates, going for a mild widebody look. i cant find my putty so i gotta pick some up tomorrow. here's how she sits now, what do you think?

i ran outta sand paper in the middle of sanding, so i got a bunch more to do tomorrow shooting for laying paint by sunday if all goes well

no one has any comments about these cars? nothing at all?

well 3 sheets of paper and covered in dust later. i need to add a little more putty to a few spots, and i seem to have lost the piece that was on the passenger side by the bumper, i dunno, your guess is as good as mine where it went. it was on there. its starting to shape up nicely. going to take a short break then add the putty, and sand again tomorrow. yay!! and start painting sunday
