Default My Motor or servo isnt working

ok i just installed the stilleto all i have left to put on is the rear part but i can still install the motor with the wires and the motor will just spin and rev. it aint working. same with the servo. atomic mods said the same thing to try and test the servo when the battery wires are connected and it dont work. no jittering either. whats wrong. how can one fry the mainboard? i think i might have

how can it be spinning and not working? is the gear end spinning if it is its working try clearing up ur statement plz so we can help

sorry ok with the new motor wires from atomic mods i installed those on the stock motor. the soldering was easy. the last time i did a stilleto chassis i did the same thing. the engine will work. this time i installed the wires and its not working at all. now the servo wasnt working also when i connected the lithiums. whats wrong

maybe u put the wires in the wrong places? (positive to negative and negative to positive) try switching them

Meajure all joints with a multi-meter. I don't know the readings, but someone should fill me in.

From how you are saying it it doesnt even sound like the wiring is wrong, considering that it IS revving the motor wires should be all working, sounds like one of the gears is loose.

Second, if for some reason that it isnt working you might have shorted the board, if you have HUGE solder joints and for some reason they slightly touched or tapped each other *poof* there goes your board, just do as LOL use a multi meter to check the connections, first the motor than the board it should be at 0 or like .1 or something like that and on throttle it should be within 4.6V-5V

i think i did touch the board. o well im going down to radioshack tomorrow and grabbing a new mustang and just keeping stock with this one lol. ill buy a motor but thats it and one that runs on stock fets lol. ill leave all that advanced soldering and connections to you people.
