well then if all your wiring is correct, the batteries are new, and the fets arent fried , then it sounds like the board is toast, id still mess around with the board and stuff, but that's just me

Have you tried to do any electronic upgrades, such as messing with the motor, or the board ??

Do you have 4wd upgrade ?? If so, there might be something in the gears, that locked all gears, if thats the case, the wheels will not move, on or off, even if you try to manually move them.

Your not giving us enough details.

have you tried a different remote? and different crystals? one thing to try that will tell you board of something else is manually turn your wheels one way or another and leave them away from being center, then turn your chassis on. if it recenters itself then your board is fine, and you most likely have a transmitter issue. if it doesn't recenter itself check to see if you have a loose wire coming off of the battery pack. let me know if you need more help, thanks

i tried the recentering thing and it doesnt recenter itself and as of now im heating my soldering iron up and im going to go over the wiring again. the whole thing doesnt turn on it doesnt move unless u move it with your hand. oh and i took it mudding back like 2 months ago could there be some mud still jammed in the gears?

does the motor work?
possible on the mud, but it wouldn't turn freely by hand.
if motor works check wires going to the servo. the black and white ones, check on board and on the servo.
if the motor isn't working check the power wires at the battery pack, and at the board.
you might also check your on off switch to make sure it is seated properly.
let me know
