Default Replacement Part for Xmods Truck?

Another off road question. Here goes, looking to build a crawler and trying to get a off-road package. I've been checking on ebay and they are going for insane money! But I notice that there are incomplete sets out there but trying to replace the missing part seems to be a problem. So my question is are there replacement dog bones for the EVO truck with an off-road kit? If not has anyone with broken dog bones (non stock extended bones w/off-road kit) found away around it?

If you break dog bones the best way to go is to buy aluminum ones.

But the aluminum ones I've seen are for stock replacement and will not fit the off-road upgrade. If you have seen different can you please provide a web link?

You can put a small spring inside the diff and the knuckle to tighten the stock dog bone up.

Your right, the companies that make the alloy parts only make the stock version of truck dog bones. There is not an upgraded version out there in aluminum.

like triple X said you can run the aluminum dogbones if you but a cut spring inside the diff or you could try to put the spring inside the axle stub, which ever works best really IMO I like the spring in the axle stub, but I have never tried both...wonder how that works out
