I don't know if its possible but if someone could make something to have the back wheels turn, such as the Prelude 4-wheel steer. If this is possible i think it would make drifting so much better. What do you guys think??

Actually, 4WS isn't good for drifting, as it enhances oversteer. Have any of you guys tried drifting in a '91 240SX with Super Hicas (4WS) ? The slight toe-in/out change of the rear wheels makes it very unpredictable and difficult.
You guys probably want the 4WS that they have in monster trucks if you own a truck. But for an Xmod car, FWS is fine. |

as stated above, 4ws would not HELP drifting. The point of drifting is to make the rear tires break loose from the pavement and glide across the surface, skidding or drifting through the turn. If the rear wheels turn with point of travel, they won't want to break loose as easily...
4ws WOULD make for a cool racer, though. You'd be less likely to drift or spin-out, so you could take turns faster. Or as mentioned above, it would be handy on monster trucks and crawlers. I've thought about making a 4ws xmod, but it seems like too much effort right now for me. |
